Sur mes recettes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes sans sucre de <a href=\"http:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/recipe\/tiramisu-sans-sucre\/\">Tiramisu<\/a> et de <a href=\"http:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/recipe\/framboisier-sans-sucre\/\">framboisier<\/a>, j&rsquo;avais opt\u00e9 pour de la poudre d&rsquo;amandes et de l&rsquo;\u00e9rythritol. Pour ce dessert j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser de la farine de coco et du xylitol ( sucre naturel issu du boulot) et je suis plut\u00f4t satisfaite du r\u00e9sultat. Le biscuit est moelleux et non cassant, facilement manipulable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cette recette m&rsquo;a convaincue, l&rsquo;utilisation du xylitol doit rester raisonnable. Contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9rythritol, il semble que le xylitol provoque quelques effets secondaires. La dose recommand\u00e9e ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 50gr par jour. Personnellement, je pense que lorsque l&rsquo;on adopte un r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne, il faut commencer par d\u00e9sucrer son palais. Je ne suis pas k\u00e9to mais je limite ma consommation de sucre depuis plus de 15 ans. Chocolat \u00e0 80%, caf\u00e9 et th\u00e9 sans sucre, j&rsquo;ai totalement arr\u00eat\u00e9 les g\u00e2teaux industriels, les jus de fruits et les sodas. Quand je p\u00e2tisse je retire 1\/3 des quantit\u00e9s sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es. Lorsque j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser des \u00e9dulcorants naturels pour mes commandes de g\u00e2teaux c\u00e9tog\u00e8nes, les desserts me paraissaient hyper sucr\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai choisi d&rsquo;utiliser un moule \u00e0 cake que je chemise de film alimentaire. Vous pouvez choisir tous types de moule ou de cadre. Cette recette d&rsquo;entremet aux fruits rouges c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne pourrait tr\u00e8s bien prendre la forme d&rsquo;une b\u00fbche de No\u00ebl (Le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapcooking.fr\/fr\/709-moules-a-buches#:~:text=Un%20moule%20%C3%A0%20b%C3%BBche%20est%20un%20moule%20de,singuliers%20pour%20cr%C3%A9er%20des%20b%C3%BBches%20aux%20formes%20originales.\">scrapcooking <\/a>propose toute une gamme de moule \u00e0 b\u00fbche). Les composants de la recette s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 de nombreux formats, vous pourrez laisser libre court \u00e0 votre imagination. Il faudra tailler le biscuit \u00e0 la forme de votre contenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dessert qui a fait l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9. Vous pouvez le cuisiner toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e car cette recette utilise essentiellement des fruits surgel\u00e9es.
