Choisissez une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e pur beurre pour \u00e9viter un maximum d&rsquo;additifs. Lorsque je n&rsquo;ai pas le temps de cuisiner un dessert, je fais cette tarte fine aux pommes. Recette \u00e9conomique, rapide et d\u00e9licieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> J&rsquo;utilise de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e car c&rsquo;est mon p\u00e9ch\u00e9 mignon mais vous pouvez prendre une p\u00e2te sucr\u00e9e \u00e9tal\u00e9e finement. On utilisera du sucre non raffin\u00e9 (rapadura, muscovado) pour obtenir un petit go\u00fbt caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 et \u00e9viter d&rsquo;ajouter du sucre blanc. J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 cette astuce pour ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/recipe\/ma-recette-de-fondant-baulois\/\">fondant au chocolat<\/a> mais il faut doser les quantit\u00e9s. Pour les pommes, choisissez des pommes plut\u00f4t sucr\u00e9es et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence bio pour pouvoir garder la peau. Pour un visuel plus percutant, privil\u00e9giez des pommes avec une peau color\u00e9e : rouge ou rose (photo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin de moule mais seulement d&rsquo;une plaque de four. Vous pouvez d\u00e9couper la p\u00e2te selon vos souhaits. Vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin d&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ce mais d&rsquo;un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez accompagner votre tarte fine aux pommes d&rsquo;une boule de glace \u00e0 la vanille pour plus de gourmandise, de<a href=\"https:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/recipe\/caramel-au-beurre-sale\/\"> caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 <\/a>ou de cannelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est ultra-simple et rapide. Elle est meilleure encore ti\u00e8de et il vaut mieux la d\u00e9guster le jour m\u00eame.
