Pendant ces p\u00e9riodes caniculaires, on n&rsquo;a pas forc\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s faim, ni envie de rester \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un four ou d&rsquo;une po\u00eale. Cette recette de tian de l\u00e9gumes est assez simple. Seule la pr\u00e9paration des l\u00e9gumes vous prendra un peu de temps, surtout si vous les choisissez bio, car vous n&rsquo;aurez pas besoin de les \u00e9plucher. Ce plat est id\u00e9al pour l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e9g\u00e9tarien et sans gluten, vous pouvez remplacer le cheddar par un autre fromage mais je dois l&rsquo;avouer, cela change du traditionnel ch\u00e8vre. Le cheddar apporte une r\u00e9elle touche d&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 et un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s particulier que j&rsquo;ai particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. Je vous conseille d&rsquo;utiliser un v\u00e9ritable cheddar que vous d\u00e9couperez en tranches pas trop fines. Sur la photo, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des tranches pour hamburger. M\u00eame si le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t concluant, je pense qu&rsquo;un tr\u00e8s bon cheddar rendra ce plat topissime. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup la marque \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.snowdoniacheese.ca\/fr\">Snowdonia<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb mais un vrai et bon fromage co\u00fbte forc\u00e9ment plus cher que des tranches \u00e0 hamburger. Dans la mesure o\u00f9 c&rsquo;est un plat complet avec les prot\u00e9ines apport\u00e9es par le quinoa et le fromage, ce plat reste assez \u00e9conomique et plut\u00f4t sain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tian de l\u00e9gumes, quinoa et Cheddar est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreux r\u00e9gimes; c&rsquo;est un plat qui a remport\u00e9 un franc succ\u00e8s familial.
