Je me suis propos\u00e9e d\u2019apporter un plateau ap\u00e9ritif orient\u00e9 \u00ab k\u00e9to \u00bb. J\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9 des <a href=\"https:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG_20231127_153154-scaled.jpg\">crackers aux graines<\/a> avec de la farine compl\u00e8te, parfaits pour les tartinades. Cette fois, je me lance dans une version sans farine\u2026 et je valide \u00e0 100 % ! Les crackers sont tr\u00e8s fins, pas trop cassants et vraiment excellents. J\u2019avoue m\u00eame que je les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ainsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturaforce.com\/pages\/psyllium?srsltid=AfmBOopKK-7LiiEh7hMP24l2HlDCKARiSJjoXb74A7Hoh1gq6tbUnrHh\">psyllium<\/a>, une fibre v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e <em>plantain des Indes<\/em>. Elle poss\u00e8de de nombreuses vertus th\u00e9rapeutiques reconnues. En cuisine, elle apporte du moelleux et de la texture aux pr\u00e9parations sans gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est incroyable par sa simplicit\u00e9 et sa rapidit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9paration. Sains, sans gluten et d\u00e9licieux, les crackers c\u00e9tog\u00e8nes aux graines font l\u2019unanimit\u00e9. Vous pouvez les servir avec des tartinades, mais aussi les d\u00e9guster en encas ou accompagn\u00e9s de fromage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esth\u00e9tiquement, je les trouve tr\u00e8s jolis. \u00c0 la sortie du four, on les casse grossi\u00e8rement (il est quasiment impossible de les d\u00e9couper au couteau de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re), ce qui leur donne un c\u00f4t\u00e9 brut et authentique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces crackers c\u00e9tog\u00e8nes sont un peu addictifs, il faut faire un peu attention si vous surveillez votre poids.
