Bonne nouvelle : il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de retrouver cette gourmandise dans une version <strong>vegan et sans gluten<\/strong>\u2026 et m\u00eame plus saine car avec seulement un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive ! Voici ma recette de fondant au chocolat v\u00e9gan et sans gluten incroyable !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette, deux ingr\u00e9dients surprenants jouent les stars :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le <strong>potimarron<\/strong>, qui remplace le beurre,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la <strong>farine de lin<\/strong>, qui remplace les \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi le potimarron ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le potimarron est une courge douce, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9e, avec une chair naturellement cr\u00e9meuse. Une fois cuit et r\u00e9duit en pur\u00e9e, il apporte :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une texture fondante et moelleuse,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une saveur subtile qui se marie parfaitement au chocolat,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une bonne dose de fibres, de vitamines A et C, ainsi que des min\u00e9raux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat : on se passe de beurre sans perdre en gourmandise, tout en gagnant en l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et en nutriments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous conseille de prendre du potimarron bio, vous n&rsquo;aurez pas besoin de l&rsquo;\u00e9plucher. Gain de temps et z\u00e9ro d\u00e9chet !!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;avez pas de potimarron, vous pouvez le remplacer par de la patate douce, de la courgette, du potiron ou toute autre courge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et la farine de lin dans tout \u00e7a ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les graines de lin moulues m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 de l\u2019eau forment un gel qui imite \u00e0 merveille la texture des \u0153ufs. On parle souvent de <strong>\u00ab\u00a0lin egg\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> ou \u0153uf de lin.<br>Elles apportent \u00e9galement des om\u00e9ga-3 et des fibres, rendant la recette encore plus nutritive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour vous donnez un ordre de grandeur pour remplacer les \u0153ufs : 1 \u0153uf = 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine de lin +3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous ne trouvez pas de farine de lin, vous pouvez acheter des graines de lin et les mixer finement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La magie du chocolat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, le chocolat reste la star de ce dessert. Choisis un chocolat noir de qualit\u00e9 (70 % de cacao si possible) : plus riche en go\u00fbt et naturellement sans produits laitiers. Il \u00e9quilibre la douceur du potimarron et donne ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 intense qui fait toute la gourmandise du fondant.
