Je vous propose aujourd&rsquo;hui une version <strong>facile, rapide et \u00e9conomique<\/strong> \u00e0 base de <strong>Pralinoise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi la Pralinoise ? Parce que le pralin\u00e9 pur reste on\u00e9reux et sa confection maison n\u00e9cessite un mixeur tr\u00e8s puissant, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas toujours \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs essais pour obtenir la texture parfaite, j&rsquo;ai enfin trouv\u00e9 le bon \u00e9quilibre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le premier test :<\/strong> Un m\u00e9lange 50\/50 de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e et de Pralinoise. Si la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 \u00e9tait au rendez-vous, la tenue \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe \u00e9tait d\u00e9cevante et le r\u00e9sultat manquait de structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La version gagnante :<\/strong> Une recette qui se rapproche de l&rsquo;originale, bas\u00e9e sur une <strong>cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re onctueuse<\/strong>. Moins grasse qu&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me mousseline traditionnelle car elle contient moins de beurre, c&rsquo;est la Pralinoise qui vient apporter tout le corps et la tenue n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 ce dessert gourmand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Petits conseils :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le choix de la Pralinoise :<\/strong> On la trouve facilement au rayon chocolat (souvent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chocolatpoulain.fr\/nos-produits\/poulain-pralinoise\/\">la marque Poulain<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Astuce pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 choux :<\/strong> Pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;ils ne retombent : ne pas ouvrir le four pendant la cuisson !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organisation :<\/strong>  La cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re peut \u00eatre faite \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance pour gagner du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conservation :<\/strong> Le Paris-Brest se garde au frais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 24h avant que la p\u00e2te ne ramollisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelle cr\u00e8me id\u00e9ale pour le Paris-brest ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e8me mousseline reste LA recette mais elle est un peu riche et longue \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.
