Vous pouvez acheter des restes de croissants en promotion, les pr\u00e9parer avec la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;amandes,en grande quantit\u00e9, et les congeler. Je fonctionne beaucoup avec la cong\u00e9lation. Nous ne sommes plus que deux \u00e0 la maison et pour optimiser mon temps en cuisine, l&rsquo;utilisation du four et autres \u00e9quipements (lave vaisselle, plaques), je cuisine pour 6 et je cong\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Andorre, il est compliqu\u00e9 de trouver des bonnes viennoiseries. Elles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement surgel\u00e9es et recouverte de gla\u00e7age. Nous optons pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e.leclerc\/fp\/croissants-pur-beurre-x-6-360-g-epi-d-or-3564700446522?srsltid=AfmBOooYOqIwnuFyDjJIE-cic8j9Ab-inVH1QAScfrHojZBlMwzNTcM0\">viennoiseries de Leclerc<\/a> pur beurre \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 la maison. Personnellement nous les trouvons tr\u00e8s bonnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez remplacer la poudre d&rsquo;amandes par de la noisette avec quelques pointe de p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner. Pourquoi ne pas tester avec de la pistache tr\u00e8s \u00e0 la mode?
