Dessert healthy par excellence que j&rsquo;ai voulu compl\u00e9ter avec un ingr\u00e9dient prot\u00e9in\u00e9 pour en faire un plat complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi adopter les graines de chia au petit-d\u00e9jeuner ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Originaires d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique Centrale, les <strong>graines de chia<\/strong> \u00e9taient la base de l&rsquo;alimentation des civilisations Azt\u00e8ques et Mayas. Aujourd&rsquo;hui consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme un \u00ab\u00a0super-aliment\u00a0\u00bb, elles sont pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9es pour leur densit\u00e9 nutritionnelle exceptionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bienfaits prot\u00e9in\u00e9s du chia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, les graines de chia sont une excellente source de <strong>prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong> (environ 17g pour 100g).
