href=\"https:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/recipe\/crackers-cetogene\/\" type=\"recipe\" id=\"2180\">crackers c\u00e9tog\u00e8nes<\/a>.<br>J\u2019aimais leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s rassasiant et leur richesse en fibres, mais j\u2019avais envie d\u2019une version plus douce, presque r\u00e9confortante, qui puisse se manger aussi bien au go\u00fbter qu\u2019au petit d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis donc partie de cette base\u2026 et je l\u2019ai transform\u00e9e en version sucr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai gard\u00e9 deux ingr\u00e9dients cl\u00e9s : le psyllium et le lin.<br>Mais au lieu d\u2019utiliser des graines de lin enti\u00e8res, j\u2019ai choisi de travailler avec <strong>de la farine de lin<\/strong>, que je trouve plus agr\u00e9able en texture et plus facile \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans une recette sucr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, j\u2019ai ajout\u00e9 ce que j\u2019aime retrouver dans un snack maison :<br>des cranberries, des abricots secs, des noisettes, un m\u00e9lange de graines, un peu de sirop d\u2019agave\u2026 et parfois un filet de chocolat blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat donne ces carr\u00e9s nourrissants, crousti-moelleux, que je pr\u00e9pare maintenant tr\u00e8s souvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi j\u2019aime utiliser le psyllium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le psyllium est un ingr\u00e9dient que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert dans la cuisine sans gluten, et il est devenu un incontournable chez moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au contact de l\u2019eau, il forme un gel naturel qui donne de la tenue aux pr\u00e9parations.<br>C\u2019est lui qui permet ici d\u2019obtenir une texture qui se tient bien sans farine classique ni \u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais au-del\u00e0 de la texture, c\u2019est aussi une fibre remarquable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il aide \u00e0 prolonger la sati\u00e9t\u00e9, soutient le confort digestif et nourrit le microbiote.<br>Dans une recette comme celle-ci, il joue \u00e0 la fois un r\u00f4le technique et nutritionnel, ce que je trouve vraiment int\u00e9ressant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi j\u2019utilise de la farine de lin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La farine de lin a plusieurs avantages par rapport aux graines enti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019abord, elle s\u2019int\u00e8gre mieux dans la p\u00e2te et donne une texture plus homog\u00e8ne.<br>Ensuite, elle est plus facilement assimilable : les nutriments du lin sont mieux absorb\u00e9s quand il est moulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle apporte :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des fibres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de bons lipides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des om\u00e9ga-3 v\u00e9g\u00e9taux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un effet naturellement rassasiant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et surtout, elle donne ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 rustique et nourrissant que j\u2019aime beaucoup dans ce type de recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je trouve qu\u2019elle permet d\u2019obtenir un snack qui tient au corps sans \u00eatre lourd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le r\u00f4le du m\u00e9lange de graines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ajoute aussi un m\u00e9lange de graines (tournesol, courge, chia, pavot), parce que j\u2019aime ce qu\u2019elles apportent \u00e0 la fois en go\u00fbt et en nutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles donnent du croquant, enrichissent la recette en min\u00e9raux et rendent chaque bouch\u00e9e plus int\u00e9ressante.<br>On sent que ce n\u2019est pas juste un biscuit, mais quelque chose de vraiment nourrissant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une recette healthy\u2026 mais surtout gourmande<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si cette recette est riche en fibres et tr\u00e8s nourrissante, je ne la consid\u00e8re pas comme une recette \u201cdi\u00e9t\u00e9tique\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je la vois plut\u00f4t comme un \u00e9quilibre :<br>quelque chose de sain, oui, mais aussi vraiment bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fruits secs apportent la douceur,<br>les noisettes le c\u00f4t\u00e9 r\u00e9confortant,<br>et le chocolat blanc (quand j\u2019en mets) ajoute cette petite touche plaisir qui transforme tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment je les mange au quotidien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces carr\u00e9s me servent un peu \u00e0 tout :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>au petit d\u00e9jeuner avec un yaourt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>en collation dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avant une marche ou une s\u00e9ance de sport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou en version dessert avec un th\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils se conservent bien, se transportent facilement, et remplacent parfaitement les snacks industriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces carr\u00e9s multi-graines sont n\u00e9s d\u2019une base de crackers c\u00e9tog\u00e8nes, mais ils ont trouv\u00e9 leur place dans ma cuisine du quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils montrent qu\u2019une recette peut \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois simple, nourrissante et vraiment gourmande, sans farine classique et sans compromis sur le plaisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et c\u2019est exactement ce que j\u2019aime cuisiner
