Cette recette de couscous v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien  s&rsquo;av\u00e8re \u00e9galement \u00eatre un couscous vegan. Je vous propose une recette \u00e0 base de boulettes de quinoa et de tofu mais vous pouvez les remplacer par des saucisses vegan ou tout autre substitut prot\u00e9in\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il faudra sans doute \u00e9picer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les boulettes au quinoa pourront agr\u00e9menter d&rsquo;autres plats , telle que des p\u00e2tes en sauce ou des <a href=\"http:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/recipe\/legumes-rotis\/\">l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4ties<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce couscous vegan vous fera oublier la version originale ! Le quinoa et le tofu apportent les prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 ce plat embl\u00e9matique, en t\u00eate des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.femmeactuelle.fr\/cuisine\/news-cuisine\/quels-sont-les-plats-preferes-des-francais-voici-le-top-10-2147749\">plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s des fran\u00e7ais<\/a>.
