Ce dessert permet d&rsquo;utiliser des fruits de saison, plut\u00f4t m\u00fbrs. Les bonnes associations de fruits , d&rsquo;\u00e9pices ou d&rsquo;herbes peuvent donner un dessert tr\u00e8s fins et go\u00fbteux. La recette de compote que je vous propose est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un peu de hasard. Pour twister, une compote \u00e0 base d&rsquo;ananas et de pomme, j&rsquo;y ai ajout\u00e9 un peu de basilic frais. Le r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus que probant. Par la suite, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb remplacer le basilic par de la menthe et la recette \u00e9tait encore meilleure !! Agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e d&rsquo;une meringue italienne, la compote pomme ananas menthe meringu\u00e9e, devient un dessert incroyable aussi bien visuellement que gustativement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les compotes que je cuisine sont sans sucre ajout\u00e9, la meringue apporte certes, du sucre, mais elle permet de contrebalancer l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 ou l&rsquo;amertume de certains fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ananas a de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.passeportsante.net\/fr\/Actualites\/Dossiers\/DossierComplexe.aspx?doc=10-bienfaits-ananas\"> nombreuses vertus<\/a> et son go\u00fbt exotique en fera un dessert id\u00e9al et l\u00e9ger pour vos repas estivaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pourrez accompagner cette compote de pomme ananas meringu\u00e9e, de petites <a href=\"http:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/recipe\/madeleines-inratables-irresistibles\/\">madeleines<\/a> ou de <a href=\"http:\/\/sommerfoodle.com\/recipe\/canneles-bordelais\/\">cannel\u00e9s<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La compote est un dessert basique , initialement compos\u00e9e de pommes, elle se d\u00e9cline avec tous les fruits possibles.
