On peut y ajouter une pointe de Calvados mais cela reste facultatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;histoire de la tarte normande :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette daterait du XVIII\u00e8me si\u00e8cle et comme son nom l&rsquo;indique aurait son origine en Normandie, les ingr\u00e9dients qui la composent venant exclusivement de cette r\u00e9gion : pommes, cr\u00e8me, beurre, oeufs..et le Calvados !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette rapide, simple et \u00e9conomique :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La tarte normande  est un dessert consensuel, que l&rsquo;on peut cuisiner toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Elle est \u00e9conomique en temps et en ingr\u00e9dients. Cette recette de tarte est un petit peu riche mais peu sucr\u00e9e. On peut toutefois l&rsquo;all\u00e9ger en utilisant du lait \u00e0 la place de la cr\u00e8me. Les pommes semi-enti\u00e8res en font un dessert rustique \u00e0 base de bons et imposants morceaux de fruits. La pomme garde ainsi une partie de ses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sante-nutrition.org\/les-bienfaits-de-la-pomme-faut-il-en-manger-tous-les-jours\/\">atouts nutritifs<\/a> et une bonne tenue \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe.
